Hello! Here we are launching into the world through the internet and the new website of the Besida Association for the Protection of Farwa Island and Lake, located on the western coast of Libya in Africa.

Here we monitor the latest developments regarding the threats and environmental and marine pollution facing the island, and the dangers that threaten its very existence and all its rich marine and plant life.

Through the launch of the Prozom project, the association, with the efforts of its members, conducted a large-scale cleanup campaign targeting plastic waste to protect the marine environment and preserve biodiversity.JJ
